1. Sizing Questions
Q: How do I find my nail size?
A: You can use our sizing guide (tape method or coin method) or purchase a sizing kit for the most accurate fit.
Q: What if I choose the wrong size?
A: We recommend using our sizing guide or kit before ordering. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, but we’re happy to help you find the correct size for future orders.
2. Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to make my nails?
A: All sets are handmade. Processing time is 4 to 7 business days.
Q: How long is shipping?
A: Shipping times depend on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
3. Custom Orders
Q: Can I request a custom design?
A: Yes! Select “Custom Set” and upload your inspiration photo.
Q: How do I send my nail sizes or a photo?
A: You can upload your photo through our upload link after placing your order.
4. Application & Removal
Q: How long do press-on nails last?
A: With proper application, nails can last 1–2 weeks.
Q: Can I reuse the nails?
A: Yes! With proper removal and care, your nails can be reused.
5. Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Q: What if my order is damaged?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it.
