Shipping Policy (Precious Chic Nails)

We ship all orders from St. John’s, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada.

1. Processing Time

  • Pre-made sets: 4–7 business days
  • Custom sets: 5–10 business days
  • Large or complex orders may require additional time

Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship through Canada Post. Options include:

  • Standard shipping
  • Expedited shipping

Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, delivery time is controlled by the carrier.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost packages without tracking
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost with a tracked shipping option, we will assist you in filing a claim.

4. International Shipping

For now, we do not ship internationally, just within Canada

5. Wrong Address

If you enter the wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately
  • If the order has not shipped, we will update it
  • If it has shipped, we cannot change the address or refund the order
