Return and Refund Policy (Precious Chic Nails)

Precious Chic Nails creates handmade, custom and pre-made press-on nail sets with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on most purchases. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and customization, all sales are final. Press-on nails cannot be returned or resold once shipped.

2. No Refunds on Custom Orders

Custom sets are made specifically for you based on your design request and nail sizes. For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Incorrect Sizing

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
To avoid sizing issues:

  • Use our sizing chart
  • Order a sizing kit before purchasing
  • Contact us if you need help measuring

If you receive a set that does not fit due to an error on our end, we will remake it at no additional cost.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

If approved, we will replace the damaged item.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

 

6. Custom Nail Orders Policy

Custom sets allow you to create a personalized design that matches your style. Please read the policy before placing a custom order.

a. Design Requirements

When submitting a custom request, please include:

  • Nail shape and length
  • Colors
  • Design inspiration photos
  • Any special details (charms, decals, 3D art)

We will confirm the design before starting.

b. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins.
Custom orders will not be started until payment is received.

c. Production Time

Custom sets take 7–14 business days, depending on complexity.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

d. No Refunds or Exchanges

Custom sets are made specifically for you.
They cannot be:

  • Refunded
  • Returned
  • Exchanged

e. Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes.
We strongly recommend ordering a sizing kit before placing a custom order.

f. Design Approval

We will send a final design confirmation before starting.
Once approved, changes cannot be made.

g. Artist Interpretation

We do our best to match inspiration photos, but exact duplication is not guaranteed.
Every set is handmade and may have slight variations.
